Qualifications
Credentials get you in the door. Field judgment is what keeps you on the project.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction (minimum)
- Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification
- Construction field experience across multiple trades
- OSHA 510 / 500 authorization or CHST preferred
- Comfortable writing clear, defensible documentation
- Willing to have a hard conversation with a foreman
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass client background and drug screening
